Customer Requirement
The Brazilian customer required an efficient and stable automatic shrink packaging solution for retail and industrial product packaging. The main requirement was to improve packaging appearance, production efficiency, and automation level for a wide range of products such as daily consumer goods, boxed products, and industrial items.
The customer needed a fully automatic sleeve sealing and cutting machine (BF800 model) integrated with a heat shrink tunnel (7530 model) to achieve complete secondary packaging automation. The system must support POF shrink film, with stable sealing performance and high transparency packaging output suitable for retail display.
Key technical requirements included a packaging speed of 1–25 bags per minute, and compatibility with products up to 700mm (L) × 250mm (H). The system must support automatic photoelectric product detection, enabling both automatic and manual feeding modes, depending on production conditions.
In addition, the customer required stable heat shrink performance, adjustable sealing parameters, and reliable operation under continuous industrial production conditions, ensuring consistent packaging quality for export-oriented products in the Brazilian market.
Our solution
We provided a BF800 automatic sleeve sealing and cutting machine combined with a 7530 shrink tunnel system, forming a complete automatic shrink wrapping production line.
The BF800 system uses photoelectric detection technology to automatically identify products and trigger sealing and cutting actions. It supports both manual and automatic feeding modes, making it flexible for different production environments. The machine adopts a servo-controlled film feeding system, ensuring stable film movement and accurate sealing alignment.
The sealing system is compatible with multiple shrink films including POF, PE, and PVC, with a constant temperature heating sealing system that ensures strong, clean, and visually attractive sealing results. It also features adjustable parameters for sealing time, temperature, and film tension, allowing precise control based on product thickness and packaging requirements.
The 7530 shrink tunnel is equipped with 18KW heating power and chain roller conveyor system, with a temperature range of 140°C–160°C. It ensures uniform heat distribution for consistent shrink results. The conveyor speed ranges from 0–15 m/min, supporting stable continuous production.
The entire system is built with industrial-grade components such as Omron sensors, Airtac pneumatic cylinders, and Siemens-compatible electrical systems, ensuring reliability and long service life.
